Order Accuracy If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us immediately before leaving the store (or upon delivery) so we can make it right.

Cancellations Since drinks are prepared fresh to order, cancellations must be made before the preparation process begins. Once a drink is made, the sale is final.
